AUBURN, Calif., March 31, 2008 - ioSafe, the disaster-proof hardware company, has formed an advisory board made up of individuals steeped in the management and technology skills the company believes it will need to achieve its ambitious goals.

"We are proud to have assembled such a stellar advisory board, and I feel strongly that having the commitment of these individuals bodes well for our long-term success," said Robb Moore, CEO of ioSafe. "Each advisor specializes in a different area of business and how it applies to the world in general. Taken as a whole, this advisory board spans all the disciplines and knowledge areas required to help ioSafe reach our full potential."

Here are the members of the ioSafe advisory board:

Jim Schraith spent 25 years in the high technology industry in senior-level executive positions in both public and private companies. He retired in 2001 so he could focus on investing, consulting and board activities, working with public and private companies and venture capital funds. He has amassed more than a quarter century of experience in the research and development of both hardware and software, and he is an experienced manager of firms ranging form start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Shottan has served as chief technology officer (CTO) of BlueArc; chief strategy officer for SNAP Appliances Inc.; and CTO and senior vice president of engineering at Meridian Data Inc.

With more than 20 years as a practicing emergency physician, Dr. Billingham is an expert in medical and biotechnology industries and lectures for CME courses on subjects that include risk management, operations, documentation, patient safety, information technology, coding and billing, and malpractice prevention.

Rob Van Tuyle contributes to ioSafe the skills and expertise of a chief financial officer (CFO), with more than 20 years' experience managing finance and accounting. Currently CFO for Visionary Integration Professionals LLP, Mr. Van Tuyle previously was the CFO and secretary to the board for Sierra Logic, as well as CFO for ShareWave. His expertise includes developing financial models, managing relationships with financial partners and institutions, and administering patent disclosures.
