CRU Announces the Acquisition of ioSafe Inc., the Leading Provider of Disaster-Tolerant Data Storage and Business Continuity Solutions
July 19, 2018. VANCOUVER, WA – CRU, a leading provider of data security, data transport, encryption, and digital forensic solutions, today announced the acquisition of ioSafe Inc. Based in Roseville, California, ioSafe designs and manufactures innovative, disaster-tolerant data storage solutions that help organizations protect their data and decrease recovery times. The acquisition of ioSafe increases CRU’s presence in markets that require superior data protection.
For over three decades, CRU has been a leader in protecting data with its rugged removable drives and external storage devices. CRU products are used by government agencies, OEM computer manufacturers, military and defense organizations, and corporations around the world.
