Hardware Warranty

 

All ioSafe products include a straightforward, 2-year hardware warranty. Should your product stop working for any reason at all, we’ll repair or replace it. It’s as simple as that. No questions and no exclusions.

  • Warranties are non-transferable and only apply to the original purchaser.
  • Products can be returned for credit for any reason at any time within 30 days of purchase. Product must be in its original packaging.
  • After the 30-day return period, ioSafe will repair or replace a defective/non-compliant product as stipulated by law in the country in which it is purchased. Any product returned must be assigned a Return Merchandise Authorization (‘RMA’) authorized by ioSafe prior to shipment.
  • ioSafe will not be responsible for items damaged in shipping. Care should be taken to ensure Items are appropriately packaged in order to protect the item.
  • Costs associated with shipping of items for warranty repair/replacement within specific geographic areas:
    • USA – ioSafe covers shipping both to and from our repair facility.
    • EU and AU – Customer will need to ship faulty product with freight pre-paid to a designated ioSafe facility. ioSafe will cover return shipping costs of the repaired/replacement unit.
    • All other countries – Customer may be responsible for shipping costs to the US or to a support/repair center in another country. These instances will be handled on a case by case basis. ioSafe will cover return shipping costs of the replacement/repaired unit.
  • For most warranties, standard ground shipping is used. Expedited shipping may be available but could result in additional shipping costs to the client.

RETURN POLICY.  ioSafe products are sold through many distributors and resellers throughout the world. All ioSafe products that were not purchased directly through ioSafe.com must be returned through the seller you purchased the ioSafe product from. If you purchased your ioSafe product directly from ioSafe.com, please follow the instructions below.

All returns must comply with the return procedure set forth below:

  • Products can be returned for credit for any reason at any time within 30 days of purchase.
  • Special Order products are not returnable.
  • Original shipping charges are not refundable.
  • All returned items must be in new condition, including the original box, packaging, manuals and accessories.
  • No refunds or exchanges are allowed after 30 days from the date of receipt.
  • A restocking fee may be applied equal to 15% of the purchase price will be charged on any opened item, unless the item is defective; or exchanged for the same or a similar item. The 15% restocking fee will be assessed at the time of refund or exchange.
  • ioSafe will not be responsible for items damaged in shipping. Care should be taken to ensure Items are appropriately packaged in order to protect the item.

RETURN PROCEDURE. To return an item, contact Customer Support at customerservice@iosafe.com or +1 (530) 820-3090 x400 to obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) number. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. We are unable to accept returns without an RMA number. All returns must be shipped prepaid.
