You may create or check the current status of an ioSafe support ticket here.


If you are a re-seller or have multiple ioSafe devices we recommend creating an account to make responding and reviewing current tickets easier. To create an account please click on the Sign In link at the top right of this page and then choose to create an account.


A valid email address is required to submit a ticket. Provide your product Serial Number and as much information as possible when creating a support ticket to expedite the support process. Make sure to log the ticket number that is provided to you once a ticket has been created.

Please remember to check your SPAM or Junk email folders if you did not receive a response after creating a ticket. You can also visit  https://iosafe.com/helpdesk/view.php and enter the email address used to create the ticket and ticket number provided after the ticket was created.
